1. Raise a service request online from your account, or call the service center at 09613-110110. 2. We verify your purchase and warranty eligibility automatically from your purchase history. 3. Depending on the product, a technician visits your home or we arrange to collect the unit. 4. Covered repairs are carried out with genuine parts at no charge for the covered portion; anything outside coverage is quoted upfront before work begins.
