No Card? No Problem: If you do not have your physical card with you, simply inform the cashier that you have loyalty points you want to redeem, and they can look up your details using your registered phone number or Customer ID.

Referral Discount: The Tk. 500 referral discount is only applicable for purchases of Tk. 5000 or above and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Point Validity: Loyalty points are valid for 1 year from the date of accrual. Make sure to redeem them before they expire!
Redemption Limits: Points can be redeemed on any purchase without any minimum requirement, but the discount value cannot exceed the total purchase amount.
Non-Transferable: Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder or authorized family members.
