Who can request service?
Anyone who bought a product from M.K. Electronics. Sign in to see your purchases and raise a request online, or call our service center at 09613-110110 and we'll help you.
Is my repair free under warranty?
It depends on your product's warranty. Every product carries two independent covers — parts (spare parts) and service (labour). If your repair falls under active coverage, that portion is funded by M.K. Electronics and you won't be charged for it. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted upfront before any work begins.
Do I need to bring my product to a showroom?
Not always. Large appliances are usually serviced at your home. Smaller units may need our workshop, in which case we arrange pickup and return. You'll be told which applies when you raise the request.
How do I track my service request?
When you raise a request while signed in, it appears in your account's service area with a live status — from diagnosis through repair to completion.
What is MK Sheba?
MK Sheba is M.K. Electronics' dedicated service arm that carries out repairs and installations, backed by the same company you bought from.
